LTV Solutions Inc. builds software for organizations that need to keep their data under their own control. We apply the same standard to this website.
This site has one form, for requesting a briefing. It has no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations.
The form asks for your name, organization, email address, an optional phone number and your message. When you send it, it is delivered by email to our President. The website does not store it.
We use it only to respond to you and to manage our business relationship with you. We keep it only as long as we need it for that purpose. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Data processed by Hummingbird for a client stays on infrastructure that client controls. It is governed by the client agreement, not by this notice.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention requirements. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.
