With over 20 years of domain expertise in forensic construction, contract law, and fiduciary recovery, Josh Gibson leads the R&D of the Sovereign Fiduciary Kernel.
He is the Knowledge Engineer responsible for the "Ontology Mapping" that translates complex statutory law—including the Ontario Construction Act—into deterministic logic gates. His experience as an Architect of Record on the public and private sides of Ottawa's infrastructure ensures that LTV systems are procurement-ready and statutory-compliant.
